Applications must be completed and submitted by 3pm, Thursday 30 April 2026. Outcome of applications will occur in July 2026.

What you'll need

Please ensure all supporting documents listed below are uploaded at the time of submission.
Applications submitted without the required documentation may not be considered eligible for funding.

  • Public Liability Insurance ($10M) 
  • Certificate of Incorporation 
  • Annual report including financial statements 
  • Quotes for all items >$1,000 
  • Project/Program and Risk Management plan 
  • Asset owner evidence of consent 
  • Evidence of asset ownership or current land/building lease 
  • Letters of support 
  • Evidence of co-funding (required where applicable)

• Community gardens
• Accessibility upgrades (e.g. ramps, handrails, tactile surfaces)
• Enhancements to publicly used outdoor spaces
• Kitchen upgrades in Multicultural Centres or Neighbourhood Houses where cooking programs are delivered.
