Applicants please note:

Before completing this application form, you should have read the North East Community Fund Guidelines.

Applications must be completed and submitted by 3pm, Thursday 30 April 2026. Outcome of applications will occur in July 2026.

What you'll need:

Before starting your application, we recommend downloading the form preview to familiarise yourself with the required information.
Please ensure all supporting documents listed below are uploaded at the time of submission.
Applications submitted without the required documentation may not be considered eligible for funding.

  • Public Liability Insurance ($10M)
  • Certificate of Incorporation 
  • Annual report including financial statements 
  • Quotes for all items >$1,000 
  • Evidence of confirmed co-funding 
  • Asset owner evidence of consent 
  • Evidence of asset ownership or current land/building lease (required where applicable)

It is recommended that you provide the below documents:

  • Letters of support
  • Project/Program and Risk Management plan 

Are you applying in the correct category?

This application is for a one-off project to improve community connectedness and participation, some examples include:

  • Garden or sustainability workshops
  • Community planting days
  • Arts and Culture programs (eg: NAIDOC)
  • Programs to upskill community members  
  • Open/Come & Try sessions

Does not have a debt or outstanding acquittal owing to the State Government Authority where the project will be undertaken * Required
Has the appropriate type and level of insurance (minimum $10 million) * Required
Does not derive income from gambling and is not proposing to promote gambling through this project * Required
Confirms that the proposed project has not already commenced and is not already fully funded by Local, Victorian or Federal Government funding * Required
Can complete the project withing 12 months of the funding announcement * Required
